In January 2019 we took the plunge and bought Ringo, our 2013 Mercedes Sprinter. We spent the next 12 months working on our self-build van conversion, transforming him into our mobile climbing home. After struggling to find a reliable source of information in one place throughout our build, once we finished we decided to share what we had learnt and create a resource for others looking to do the same. So we decided to create Climbingvan, a van conversion blog and website to help others working on their own campervan conversion.
